“Before my son started working with TAJUDDIN RENEWAL PROJECT he was pressured and bullied by his peers. He thought drinking and using drugs were just a part of being a teenager until it landed him inside a local juvenile detention center. This organization showed him just how the choices made today shape the outcome for the rest of his life. Now, he is focused on graduating from high school. They gave my child hope when he didn’t have any.”

“Volunteering with TAJUDDIN RENEWAL PROJECT has been life-changing. I came thinking I’d just give my time, but I gained a family. Seeing lives transformed and hope restored reminds me every day why this work matters.”

“I gained so my experience in the restored justice field interning with TAJUDDIN RENEWAL PROJECT. The work they are doing is much needed, not to mention working with them I was able to discover my passion. Now, I am working towards becoming a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. They help me with the resources I needed. They also help raise money for me to pay for the certification.

“I went to one of their community events just to support a friend, but I walked away with a new perspective on life. Their message about restored justice touched my heart. It reminded me that every person deserves grace, healing, and the chance to start fresh.”

“My best friend is serving a 10 year prison sentence for a hit and run. He was under the influence due to his addiction with using control substance. This situation has cost him his family, career and freedom. After serving his first year in prison he suffered from depression which resulted him to start taking anti depressant. However, this made his addiction worst until he almost lost his life to an overdose. I referred him to TAJUDDIN RENEWAL PROJECT for support and they have been able to educate him on the dangers of Co-Occurring Disorder. Now he attend his daily programs and is starting his sobriety journey.”

“I learned about TAJUDDIN RENEWAL PROJECT while incarcerated in the county jail. I signed up for one of their groups just to have something to do. A month later I lost my younger brother and father who was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver. TAJUDDIN RENEWAL PROJECT was the only support I had when I was released and now I have a job and been Sober for 6 months. They showed me tough love and how to love myself.“

Our mission Is to help prevent alcohol and substance use by educating, empowering, and equipping individual, families, and communities with the tools they need to live health, purposeful lives. We believe in renewal, second chances, and building stronger futures free from harms of addiction.
We provide a range of prevention focused services, including community education workshops, peer mentoring, youth outreach, correctional facility programs, and violence prevention initiative. Each service is designed to address the root causes of alcohol and substance use while promoting positive alternatives and long term wellness.
Our programs are open to youth, adults, families and anyone seeking prevention and education. All of our core services are offered free of charge, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to receiving support.
We recognize that alcohol and substance use often contribute to violence, unsafe behaviors, and community instability. Our programs teach conflict resolution, promote healthy coping skills, and raise awareness about the connections between substance use, gambling, and risky behavior. By addressing these issues together, we create safer and stronger communities.
